Please remember that cancellations can only be done by calling the salon directly on 01993 810734 (no emails or social media messages).

 

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations not to incur a charge.

 

Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% for booked services.

 

This charge will need to be settled before any other appointment can be made.
