Covid Guidelines

We have been taking utmost care in implementing rigorous hygiene and PPE measures to create the safest environment as possible. There will be new "rules" in place to ensure everyone's safety and to enable to salon to function despite these difficult circumstances. Please do bear with us while we make this transition in the safest possible way.

Missed Appointment and Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you can't attend your scheduled appointment(s). If you are ever in this situation, as a courtesy please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and we will be happy to rebook it for you. We require at least 24 hours notice, otherwise a cancellation charge of 50% for booked services will be issued. Whilst No-shows will be charged 100% of their booked service(s) total. This charge will have to be settled before any other appointment can be made.

What to Expect

Clients

  • If you have any symptoms or have been in contact with someone with symptoms, please refrain from coming to the salon. Please cancel your appointment by phone.

  • We kindly ask that all client bring and wear a mask covering their mouth and nose correctly. Please sanitise your hands or gloves at reception prior to being seated and upon leaving the salon.

  • Please do not bring anyone else with you to your appointment.

  • Any coats and bags will need to be kept with you during your appointment.

  • Only one client at a time can stand or wait at reception, please wait for a member of staff to guide you to your chair.

  • We will not be offering fringe trim appointments only.

  • To begin with we will not be offering any refreshments or magazines.

Salon and Staff

  • Our salon has been equipped with Perspex screens between each chair, at reception and at the wash basins. 

  • Our staff will wear face shields and masks, gloves will be worn during hair washing and colouring. Please note that the PPE may limit their ability to chat during appointments. 

  • Each chair and station will be thoroughly cleaned, disinfected after each client.

  • Tools will be sterilised after each client

  • Disposable & biodegradable  towels will be used initially. Gowns and towels will be laundered at 60 degrees after each client. 

  • All our staff have completed a Covid-19 hygiene certification.
